TopData Global IT Solutions ("TopData," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect when you use topdata.com.ph, how we use it, and your rights under the Republic Act No. 10173 — Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.

2. What We Collect
2.1 Contact form
- Name, email address, and the content of your message
- Technical metadata (IP address, browser, timestamp) used solely for spam prevention
2.2 Careers portal
- Identity and contact data — name, email, phone, address
- Professional data — education, work history, LinkedIn URL, availability, desired pay, references
- Application content — answers to screening questions, resume file
- Technical metadata — IP address, used solely for spam prevention and rate limiting
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under RA 10173 (e.g., race, religion, health records, political affiliation).
2.3 Browsing topdata.com.ph
We do not run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site. We do not sell, share, or otherwise transfer browsing data to third parties.

4. Data Retention
- Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months for follow-up purposes.
- Job applications are retained for 90 days (3 months) from the date of submission, after which they are permanently and automatically deleted — including any uploaded resume files. If you are hired, your data is transferred to your employment record and governed by our employee data policy.
5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors
Your personal data is accessed only by authorised TopData personnel. We use a small number of vetted infrastructure providers strictly for transmission and storage:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and DDoS protection (data in transit; assets stored in regional edge nodes)
- Resend — outbound email delivery for contact-form notifications and recruitment correspondence
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot detection on form submissions (privacy-friendly alternative to Google reCAPTCHA; no cross-site tracking)
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is not transferred outside the Philippines except as required for the above infrastructure services.
6. Security Measures
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption)
- Resume files are stored in a private, non-publicly accessible location
- Access to applicant data is restricted to authenticated administrators
- Submission forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting
- Application data is automatically purged after 90 days
7. Your Rights
Under RA 10173, you have the right to:
- Be informed — know what data we hold about you
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data before the 90-day retention period
- Object — object to processing of your personal data
- Lodge a complaint — file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) at privacy.gov.ph

This site uses only essential cookies required for form security and admin sessions. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. See our Cookie Policy for details.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
